Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

1. When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. We do our best to process and ship your Blue Lemon order as fast as possible. We usually need 1-2 working days to process your order internally. During holidays and festive periods, this period may be slightly extended. If you placed your order at the weekend or on a public holiday, we will start processing your order on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

2. When will I receive my order?

After the order has been processed internally by our team (allow 2-3 working days) shipping will take approximately

- Italy (standard)- 2-4 working days
- Italy (express)- 1-2 working days
- EU countries - 4-6 working days

We work with the best shippers around the world to provide the best possible service! Blue Lemon cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays (e.g. strikes, customs procedures, etc.).

3. How can I track my order?

To track your parcel, please refer to your shipment confirmation email for your tracking number.
You can also check the status of your shipment directly on the shipper's website. If you have not received the confirmation e-mail with the tracking number, please contact our customer service at support@bluelemonjewels.com and we will be happy to help you.

4. How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Our shipping costs vary depending on the amount of order!
The shipping costs are as follows:

- Italy (Standard Delivery) - €4
- Italy (Express Delivery) - €9
- United Kingdom (Standard Delivery) - €9
- Other EU countries (Standard Delivery only) - 9 €

5. Do you offer free shipping?

You will benefit from free delivery on all orders over €250

6. Do I have to pay additional tax on delivery?

Orders with destination outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties according to local customs regulations. All orders within the European Union, however, are exempt from customs duties and the only thing you have to pay is the standard shipping cost.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Of course we ship internationally! We ship throughout Europe. However, we do not yet offer shipping outside the European Union.

RETURNS

1. What is your return policy?

Returning a product couldn't be easier! Try Blue Lemon products in the comfort of your own home and if you need to return them, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return them. You will have to take care of the return shipping, which will be at your expense, while we will take care of the quality control of the return, to verify that the product falls within our return policy, and we will try to make the refund as soon as possible.

Promotional products are excluded from returns. However, in the case of a faulty or damaged product, we will send you a replacement part and provide you with all the necessary instructions. Please ensure that items are returned in new, unused condition, with the original labels and in the packaging received on delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on Bluelemon.com.

2. How I can return a product?

To make your return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our customer service: if you are not fully satisfied with your order and would like to make a return, please write to support@bluelemonjewels.com. specifying your order number, the items to be returned and the reason for your return. We will do our best to find the best solution for you not to return the product! Our customer service will be happy to help you in the best possible way! Otherwise, if you still want to return the product even after contacting our customer service, please continue to follow the next steps.

2. Packing the return: prepare the packaging with the original box with the product(s) you wish to return inside.

3. Return of the product(s) by the courier: you will have to take care of the return shipment of the product(s) yourself, which will then be at your expense. The choice of the courier to be used is entirely at your discretion, so please choose the courier that is most convenient for you! The return shipment must be made to:

4. Return confirmation and refund: After receiving your return, we will check whether the quality of the product(s) meets our return policies. If yes, we will refund you with the same payment method used for the purchase, as soon as possible.

Responsibility for items falls on the customer until they arrive at our warehouse.

3. Do you offer free return?

We do not yet offer free returns!
We are always working to improve our level of customer service, so stay tuned for all future news!

4. When will I receive my refund?

If the product is returned because it is defective or damaged, the refund will be full. Otherwise, the refund will be net of the initial shipping costs (those incurred during the order process).

Our team will check the quality of the returned product and will issue a refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on bluelemonjewels.com. You will receive your refund on the same payment method used for the original purchase, as soon as possible.
